1) To secure a place in any of our courses or workshops, students must complete an application (online or via phone) and pay a course deposit. The course deposit is non-refundable.
2) If the student decides not to attend the course or workshop he/she has applied for, the student must contact us at least three (3) working days prior to the commencement date, and we will credit any future course or workshop the students partakes in within the following 6 months.
3) If the student decides not to attend the course or workshop he/she has applied for, and does not contact us at least three (3) working days prior to the commencement date we are unable to provide a credit on any future course or workshop. The only exception to this is when a student is unable to attend the workshop due to medical reasons (proof must be provided).
5) Once a Tax Invoice is issued, it must be paid by the due date. Once a Tax Invoice is 5 working days overdue, a 5% Late Charge will be applied to all unpaid amounts, compounded weekly. Once a Tax Invoice is 6 months overdue, it will be handed over to a debt collection agency.
6) If the student is paying their fees by Weekly Payment Plan they must sign a Weekly Payment Plan Agreement (WWPA) and a Direct Debit Request Form (DDRF). In addition to this the student agrees to pay any of the fees that are related to his/her direct debit payments with us, as outlined below.
7) If the student is not paying by Weekly Payment Plan, but wishes to pay their fees by Debit / Credit Card, EFTPOS, Cheque or money order the student agrees to pay any of the fees that are related to his/her payments with us, as outlined below.
8) Worldwide Screen Actors Online is a training provider and not a recruitment service, thus we do not offer any guarantee or promise that the student will secure work or employment within the film, television or stage industry by completing any of our courses or workshops.
9) Worldwide Screen Actors Online is not liable for the personal belongings of any student, even though such belongings may be required for a course or workshop.
10) Our Terms Of Service are correct at time of print and may change without notice.
